Key responsibilies:

• Shape, monitor and guide distribution process and field forces activities.
• Implement plan for updating distribution network, sales target, achieving strategy, retailer coordination etc.
• Set business target of the country and make plans to achieve.
• Develop area plan for distribution and neck to neck plan to ensure highest outdoor visibility with the support of trade marketing team.

Requirements:

• Minimum master degree in Marketing or in a related field.
• At least 10 year's of experience in distribution, trade marketing and sales job in FMCG/Mobile company.
• Experience in mobile industry is preferred.
• Must have successful track record of shaping distribution channels.
• Must have excellent communication and management level presentation skills.
