One button Multiple Action Android Studio

How to Use the same button for two/Multiple Action.Many times we have to need the action process  One Button Two/Multiple Action. like Play /pause, Save/Edit, Bangla/English, Calculating value/Reset etc.

Process:

I'm making an android app and when I press a button its supposed to do 2 things: 1) Define a variable 2) take me user to another activity but it doesn't allow me to put more than one onclick attribute to my button. Any way to make this happen?

At First Create A Button with ID in Xml File.

Then Go to MainActivity Java and Import the Button Library. Now De clearer The Button with Button ID. And Let's See the The Video for good understanding.
