South East Bank is one of the most reputed bank in Bangladesh. And now, they declare a cicular  to recruit some energetic people for the post of Trainee Officer. So, let's see the details of this circular: 

 

Name of Position

Trainee Officer

Educational Qualification:

MBA/MBM/Masters in Business Studies/ Economics/ English/ Public Administration/ International Relations/ Development Studies/ Political Science/ Law/ General History/ Statistics/ Mathematics and physics with the following results:
- SSC and HSC: Minimum GPA-4.00 in a scale of GPA-5.00;
- Graduation and Post-graduation: Minimum CGPA-3.00 in one degree and not below 2.75 in a scale of 4.00 in another one degree.

Required Field

Competency:
- Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skill;
- Have good command in both English and Bengali (Oral & Written);
- Have proficient in computer skill;
- Have hard working and ability to work under stress.

Salary

The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 2 years with a monthly fixed pay of Tk. 25,000/- for the 1st year and Tk.30,000/- for the 2nd year. After successfully completion of probationary time, he/she will be absorbed in the position of "Officer" at a monthly salary of Tk. 44,000/- with other facilities.

Conditions:

1. No experience needed.
2. The selected candidates shall have to sign a Bond on non-judicial stamp valuing Tk.300/- to the effect that he/she shall serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years after completion of his/her probationary period with certain conditions.
